FAQs
What do I use to design my mask?
Anything! Crayons, markers, beads, buttons, paint, etc. As long as the design fits within the template lines and you can take a clear, well-lit, close-up photo of it with your smartphone or scanner it will work!
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Once we receive your order it takes 2-3 days to print. Shipping varies by destination but typically takes 3-7 days.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of the products, we are manufacturing and because they are custom printed just for you, we do not accept returns unless there is a manufacturing defect.
