Terms and Conditions
1. All items that you display must be family-friendly.
2. Spaces are not reserved until the application is approved and full payment is received.
3. Lacy Walker reserves the right to reject any entry.
4. All items are to be new or handmade.
5. Vendors are not required to but it is requested that you donate one item to be used for our giveaways or auction during the event. Please let us know at the time of reservation the item you will be donating. please be sure to include your information (business card) with the item.
Drop off items by before event, Please call or text (276) 690-9147 for a day and time for drop off.
6. For commercial entries such as Avon, Mary Kay, Thirty-One, etc., the event will only allow one vendor per company to set-up.
When it comes to crafters I feel have there own creative style, therefore, duplication is virtually impossible.
7. Setup Dates & Times will be listed in your applacation.
All tables and setups should be completed by 9:45 am for the event coordinator to inspect and approve.
8. Vendors will be provided with an electronic flyer for advertising purposes. You may print these and hand them out or share them on social media and any of your websites.
9. It is the sole responsibility of the vendors to collect and remit the State Sales Tax.
10. Teardown of your space may not begin until 4:00 pm or end of the event time on the day of the event.
Please be sure to bring plenty of pamphlets and business cards to hand out if you should sell out.
11. I agree that I shall not hold the Venue nor Lacy Walker responsible or accountable; I a vendor and participant do hereby waive any claim from the loss of profit or damages of any kind be it incidental or consequential.
12. No item will be allowed outside of the assigned booth space. All aisle must be kept clear of merchandise.
13. Neither the event, the venue, nor workers, shall in any, manner, or amount be responsible for the theft, damage, or destruction to vendor's merchandise on display or personal property, howsoever arising.
14. Vendors must dispose of their own trash in the trash cans available.
15. No pets except for service animals are allowed on the premises.
16. All booth fees are non-refundable, should a vendor decide that he/she cannot or will not participate in the event.
17. Spaces are Vendor Booth 10 x 10, Food Truck Vendor 30x20. This is a 10 x 10 or a 30 x 20 space that will be marked with your name. You need to bring your own tent, tables, chair and set up as long as it fits in the area you paid for. You can not go over your marked space.
18. Tents are allowed but all tents MUST be secured with weights (please keep in mind of trip hazards)

19. The violation by the vendor of any of the above or below conditions and rules may result in the immediate expulsion from the Vendor/Craft event, at the discretion of the event coordinator. Additionally, violations by the vendor may preclude the vendor from participating in future events.
20. Any items sold is your responsibility to get the item to the customer at the show or by shipping (meet-ups are not suggested but it is up-to-the Vendor).
21. If no Photo is received I have the right to put a photo in your booth spot on the webpage for you.
22. If for any reason the event is unable to take place as planned there will be a virtual event in place of the originally planned event. when signing this agreement you will agree to take part in the virtual show. No refunds will be given due to still having the opportunity to make sells.
23. You give me permission to place a booth ad with your info in the (website info section of this applacation) to add to the website and/or virtual show.
24. You give me permission to save your information so I can send you updates and other e-mail newsletters.
25. You may pay after submitting applacation unless you are a Direct Sells Rep (Avon, mary-kay, etc) place wait till you receive an email from me saying you are accepted and now able to pay.
