1. Spaces are not reserved until the registration is approved and full payment is received.
2. Lacy Walker reserves the right to reject any entry.
3. Vehicle Entries will come on Saturday, Oct 3, 2020, Starting at 9:30 am.   Judges will start judging at 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm
4.  If for any reason the event is unable to take place as planned there will be a virtual event in place of the originally planned event. when signing this agreement you will agree to take part in the virtual show. No refunds will be given due to still having the opportunity to win.
5. Awards handed out at 3:00 pm but the show is not over until 4:00 pm. 
6. I agree that I shall not hold Earhart Campground nor Lacy Walker and it's representatives responsible or accountable; for any known or unknown damage, injuries, losses, judgments and/or claims from and cause of personal property while attending this event. I as a participant do hereby waive any claim from the damages of any kind be it incidental or consequential.
7. You give me permission to place your car in the (website info section of this applacation) to add to the website and/or virtual show.
8. Neither the event, the venue, nor workers, shall in any manner, or amount be responsible for the theft, damage or destruction of personal property, howsoever arising.
9. All participants must dispose of their own trash in the trash cans available.
10. No pets except for service animals are allowed on the premises.
11. All registration fees are non-refundable, should you decide that you cannot or will not participate in the event.
12. You need to bring your own chair and as long as it fits in the area you paid for. 
13. Tents are allowed but all tents MUST be secured with weights (please keep in mind of trip hazards) 
14. The violation by the participant of any of the above conditions and rules may result in the immediate expulsion from the car show event, at the discretion of the event coordinator. Additionally, violations by the vendor may preclude the participant from participating in future events.
15. You give me permission to save your information so I can send you updates and other e-mail newsletters.
